The TiVo has a bunch of outputs. I have this same setup and I used the s-video output to connect the TiVo to the TV, and the composite (yellow/red/white) outputs to connect the TiVo to the SlingBox.

Do you need a cable box to use Slingbox?
I want to get Slingbox, but the TV that is closest to the internet connection is only analog cable. Can you just plug an ordinary coaxial cable into the slingbox?
