Does anyone have a Slingbox?
Does it work abroad?
How do you sign in or use it?
The slingbox site DOESN'T GO INTO DETAIL!!!
Why the VAGUENESS???!!!
I want to buy it but that worries me a lot.

Maybe this article can help you out. PC World has done several reviews on the Slingbox. So dig around there, the first article should have links to more.

Yes – the Slingbox is a great product.
It will work abroad. Very easy to set up. It works on your own home network and/or remotely. I have a Blackjack Cellphone and it works through that too.
Depending on the Slingbox product, you hook up analog cable, a cable box, a hi def source to the slingbox and then connect the slingbox to your broadband network via a hub or router. The slingbox can only stream to one slingplayer software at a time. I have my home security cameras connected to the slingbox so i can see them remotely in realtime. No monthly fees either.
I have it connected to my Tivo and the slingbox comes with a remote blaster that can control my Tivo – very cool. I can watch my Tivo on any computer in my house (even wirelessly on my laptop) and then when I travel, I can watch my home Tivo on my laptop from a hotel or coffee shop with broadband. See the ‘Full Screen with Tivo Remote’ on this page: http://us.slingmedia.com/page/slingplayerscreenshots.html
Highly recommended and this site has the first generation slingbox for $107 shipped. http://www.jr.com/JRProductPage.process?Product_Id=4058979
