I'm going to be at college next year and I want to watch my Philly Eagles play without having to buy a Slingbox and DirecTV isn't offered. If you're not going to help me try and find an answer, don't bother responding that I need to get a slingbox or DirecTV because I know those options already

It seems like last year they offered this but it was a paid service. Other than that you can watch the play by play on espn.com or nfl.com that updates every play.
The best way is to hit your favorite sports bar, if you have a Buffalo Wild Wings in your town for example and camp out and they will have the full package.

http://www.freefootballradio.com. The TV links don’t always work though, so good luck with it. If you can’t watch it on that site you should at least be able to listen to it. If all else fails nfl.com has a play-by-play feature.
