Inside Sling Box TV Streaming

   1.2 mbps is according with to my experience with Slingboxes plenty to push signal on Tv. I think it’s almost enough to push HD Tv signal with the new Slingbox HD (1500 kbps recommended). You can use a Svideo cable from a laptop for exemple or use Slingcatcher. As you mention the resolution is only 640×480 with Slingcatcher … I think HD requires 2 times that …

   Thanks so far. I’m also using SlingPlayer, streaming from New York, U.S., to Berlin, Germany with about 1.2 Mbps. Will it be enough for SlingCatcher? I’ve heard the resolution is 640×480.

   Unfortunately … I can’t for the moment … I going to be busted by Slingmedia ! The truth is it’s one of my friend living in ” ” and he is not available for more. All I can say it has been delivered probably after a mistake of the online shop where it was purchased. It might miss Slingprojector software to demonstrate fully but it works !
