You might be able to ,however most likely you won't be able to access the internet or other services. Most company have diffrent programs in the phones, one for contract users, and one for prepaid. Now I know it has Windows, but some companies don't let you use the "real internet"

You might be able to get it activated for voice and text, but you won’t be able to use data (web, email, mms) I.E., no Slingbox for you!
Verizon doesn’t even allow Slingbox on standard plans anyway.
