does anyone have this? How does it work?? How is the picture quality? what are the drawbacks??? are there nay additional costs?

I got the original Slingbox, and it works pretty well for me - I can watch football when I travel in Europe.
As long as you have fast internet - upload speed - you should not have any problems with standard TV programs.
Remote has delays sometimes - just got to get used to it...
