I have tried to look at a few things like slingbox and different tv tuners. I want to be able to watch sports on my phone while i'm at work, since i tend to work during games. What is the best thing (tv tuners, slingbox, etc.) to use to view tv on my phone?

1. Get Verizon.
2. Get a good phone with a good mobile tv app.
