The max resolution of any Sling box over a home network or any network is 640×480 and the normal resolution is 320×240. This is not even close to HD quality, and none of the Slingboxs broadcast HD quality picture because of bandwidth issues. The slingbox is still a great way to watch the tube on your PC when you are away
