   @YerBuddy2 Also, this review also stated that doing so will result in “choppy, YouTube like video,” which is also wrong. I am placeshifting in almost HD quality from Cali to Europe with the ability to control my DVR back in the States. You can’t do that with a PS3. It all depends on the upload speed at the Slingbox (Cali) and the download speed (Europe). I love watching/recording my favorite shows anywhere in the world via the net or the SlingCatcher. The kids play games on the PS3.

   @ludicer Because the SlingCatcher is not just for that. The guy who did this review is also mistaken in that the best part of a SlingCatcher is the ability to view & control your home TV from another TV anywhere in the world where you have a good bandwidth connection. Can you watch your DVR that is located in California at your second house in Europe over a PS3 or 360 like I do with a SlingCatcher?
