No, it does not run windows mobile. Only Windows Mobile Smartphoes have windows mobile.

Blackberry's run on their own OS.

Not currently. Back in January Sling announced they were working on Slingplayer mobile version for Blackberry with an "implied" release "later in 2008, but to date a release date has not been set.

Slingbox now has software available for the blackberry. I hear that it might work on the edge network but run a little slow. If you look at the slingmedia site for t mobile phones they say it's recommended to use these phones with a wifi connection to view.
We are all awaiting for t mobiles 3g to kick off !

Does it stream very well on there? Or is it blurry? If i'm watching NFL on my blackberry, would.... i be able to read the players jersey numbers clearly???

can't comment on blackberry, but I have used it on t-mobile dash a couple of years ago which has pretty much a similar screen.
on edge, the video was pretty crappy and chappy.... but on wifi it was pretty decent. regarding being able to read jersey numbers, well you can if the shot is a zoomed play, but if you are looking at the complete field, like before the play begins, then, no.
