Basically, I want to use Firefox on my PS3 (Slingbox: which cannot be accessed through the PS3 browser). This is more difficult now that you cannot partition the PS3 hard drive. This is a short term fix, as I will be ordering a new computer soon, however it could still be useful for others. Any ideas?

Although, if all they did was take partitioning off then maybe.

I figure if Slingbox does it, why can't Eye. (speaking of "eye" the eye-fi card has to record then upload and wouldn't be "streamed" or live.)

If you have an iPhone or an Android phone (maybe some other smart phones too), you can use the Qik app to stream video live from your phone. http://qik.com/

To watch TV on the iPhone, I am personally waiting on SlingPlayer for the iPhone since I have a SlingBox. Look for this application coming shortly on the iPhone. User phillymania14 in the chatroom pointed out that Orb Live for the iPhone allows live streaming of TV video if you have a Windows computer. It costs and is available here: bit.ly . As for moving recorded content to your iPhone or iPod, there is a wide range of software that can do this. If you have DVR software for your Windows computer or Mac, there's a high chance it can export to iPod format. Personally, I've used eyeTV from El Gato software, and it does a great job of recording video that I can stream from your iPod Touch or iPhone. Hope this answers your question Mark.
