Question about the SlingBox networking?
I want to get a SlingBox but my wireless router is too far away from my satellite TV decoder, is it possible to buy another wireless router purely for the SlingBox to broadcast wirelessly around my house or is an internet connection required?
Slingbox question. How do I get a better picture?
My son set-up a Slingbox where he lives so I can view local channels on my laptop. The picture isn't that great. I tried to get it better but no success. Is the quality of the picture based on the far end or near end internet service? Can I get a better picture? If so, how?

i was thinking about the sling box and i had a wonderful idea. My parents have digital cable. follow me here and tell me if this would work.
i buy a slingbox for their tv and hook it up at their house. i then sync it or whatever, with my computer. When i move, i will use my computer to watch cable and i wount have to pay for it myself. would this work? its brilliant if it does.
I could even hook my computer up to a tv and watch it seemlessly right??
A question about the slingbox?
I was looking at the slingbox but couldn't figure this out. Can you hook it up to another tv so that you can view all the channels on both tvs? Here is what I mean. I have comcast on my tv in my living room. I was told that I could use the sling box to get all those channels in my room tv. Is that true? Can I do it with the basic slingbox?
