Actually it is stupid to try to play a game from the xbox 360 to the sling box. Remember though xbox also acts as a media extender. By using the XBOX, i was able to keep my bulky media center PC in another room. I know alot of formats do not run on xbox 360, but i killed that issue with TVersity, and use the video mode on 360 rather then the cr@ppy media center which cant seem to play anything. To use the Xbox, simply make sure your xbox is set to use media center and xbox remote.

Umm. I had it hooked up there to test it out. I wasn’t going home till the next weekend so I just wanted to test it out.
I now have it “many” miles away and enjoy my slingbox whereever I go.

i see no reason why you would want to buy a slingbox just to be in the same room/house and play a video game? I use my slingbox to be many many miles away and watch tv. To each their own i suppose.

video output on your tv… as long as u have a capture card, or any type of video in on your graphics card, anyting on your tv will go to your computer if you hook it up right
