Which Slingbox model should I buy (see details below)?
We have standard analog cable now but I imagine that at some point and time down the road we will upgrade to digital, HD and/or satellite.
Which Slingbox model should I get?
Are these good prices from Costco?
- Slingbox Pro ($219)
- Slingbox AV ($149)
- Slingbox Tuner ($149)

the tuner, then when you upgrade sell the tuner on ebay and get AV and/or pro.

I would get the Slingbox PRO. Here’s why…
- You can connect and control more than one device (up to 4)
- With the separate HD Connect dongle, you can input (and pass through) the component video feed for analog HD

Buy the pro, then when you upgrade to HD, buy the seperate HD connect.
