UK TV to swap

I have a dedicated Slingbox setup, running UK Freesat.

Check out this site for channel information - http://www.freesat.co.uk/what-you-get/our-channels/

It hasn't got a PVR function (as yet) I'm just interested in getting a simple swap sorted out first.
