Please help with Sling catcher

Hi Guys , I need badly your help . I just bought Sling catcher. Everything is working fine accept the Volume Button on my sling catcher remote Control . I can hear the sound of my shows coming out of the TV ,therefore I can control the volume only through my TV remote control , but I can’t control the volume directly from my sling catcher remote control . The volume Button on my sling catcher remote control are useless . Any Help is highly appreciate it . Cheers,
