Wanted : US NBC Premier League, Offering : UK Sky+ HD

4 posts in this topic

Hi

Basically I am looking for a package which will have all 380 Premier League matches live from next season (2013-14). I believe this also needs to include the Premier League Extra Time channels, amongst others, and not all providers have confirmed they will include this (eg Comcast will, DirectTV haven't confirmed).

It must be on a fast upload connection for HD streaming (4mbps min), preferably on the East coast as I will be streaming to Istanbul in Turkey and latency will probably be too high to the West coast.

It also needs to be either a Slingbox 350 or 500, connected via component, as the framerate with the new boxes is better for live sports. I'm not interested in any other Slingbox.

I don't care which cable/satellite provider it is provided it has all the matches in HD.

I can offer the full Sky+ HD package (all movies, sports, everything) connected to a Slingbox 350 on a fast fibre connection in London. By fast, I mean my tested real-World upload speed is 15mbps and this is shared between just two Slingboxes.

The Sky box I am offering will be exclusively yours so I would expect the same of the US box in return.

Thanks for the reply.

The extra channels will be available from next season (August).

All the info is here:

As I'm obviously not from the US and familiar with the cable/satellite provideds it's a little hard to decipher but the gist of it seems to be that the various NBC channels will be showing all the games live, but the provider will need to include the extra ones not yet launched.

The first link above says that Comcast and FIOS will both carry the new channels when the season starts.

Can you give me some details about your setup, ie which Slingbox, would I have dedicated access, etc etc?

Or mail me offline ovcollyer @ mac.com if you prefer

Cheers

I want the same except I just want access to NBC Sport's online streaming of the matches. I have a VPN but in order to view it online I need a cable providers login to access it. Will be willing to share my Sky Go service with full access to the movie package and entertainment. Or pay a reasonable monthly fee to have the login.
