Mexican HD total play for US HD

Well I've got an unused Mexico's premium channels HD ( networks, movies, on demand etc) fiber optic receiver by totalplay and I will look forward to exchange US HD programming with movies and on demand preferable central time.

Got a 4mb upload dedicated line only for this and 50mb download i would like the other part would offer the same
