Interested in small packet w/ local channels

Hi!

I am interested in a small package with basic channels like ABC, NBC, FOX, PBS etc.

I live in Norway and have a fast fiber line that is also important for you that provide the service.

Pref. east coast USA. 

 

If you have a good deal on this I may be willing to be a long therm subscriber.

I can offer locals only from Peoria, IL. NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS and MYtv, in 480p. Can you offer over the air tv? NRK etc?
