Is VZFIOSHOST a scammer?

A member named "VZFIOSHOST" offered to sell me his xfinity account with access to ZZZ & live tv channels(espn, disney, usa, scyfy, sports, etc...) for $25 a month or $60 prepaid for 3 months. When I asked for him to change the password to something basic so that I may login and confirm he's legit and not trying to scam me, he refused and said that I could somehow delete the whole account if activating it from a device, and that I could also permanently keep the account's access on a device even if he changed the password on the site. When I accused him of trying to scam me, he said he had references, but when I asked for his references he dodged listing them. After that I got tired of it all and told him that I'll pay for it right now, just send me a screenshot that shows you streaming a movie or show from ZZZ Go on your xfinity account with the slingsharing tab open, that way I could confirm he's legit. After that he just logged off. This guy has 0 posts on the forum and was acting real f***ing sketchy. If he does indeed have anyone on here that can vouch he is a legitimate seller, please post letting me know. If admins or mods can check him out, I would appreciate it.

VZFIOSHOST:  well its a risk you take, but 15 dollars is not alot, worth the chance you find someone

Me:  Is it true you get booted from the ZZZ Go stream if someone else logs in on the account and plays something?

VZFIOSHOST:  ZZZ go allows one person per account, so you no allowed to watch it more than one at time per account

Me:  Cause 60 prepaid for 3 full months is a deal as far as I'm concerned. But will you be holding onto it for a while? Because if so I'll probably go long term on you with it

Me:  I'm not going to throw $60 at you when I don't even know if you actually have the account lol

VZFIOSHOST:  the account just work, simple as that, payment first, you the login.

VZFIOSHOST:  thats part of the risk you take, if you had apple tv i could activated, not worth my time

Me:  I'm not prepaying $60 to a guy with no history on this forum for a "maybe"

Me:  If $60 isn't worth the whole 30 seconds it takes for you to change the password to a basic pass for me to access for a whole 30 seconds to confirm it works, then I don't know what to tell you.

VZFIOSHOST:  look you could activate devices from the account, which would require deleting the whole accout

VZFIOSHOST:  some people here offer deal for 6 month prepaid i suggest you pay the inflated first month then you try to make them give you a deal

VZFIOSHOST:  so the owner needs to delete the account and create new account, big hassle because they cannot do that till certain pay date

Me:  Just do this for me please, go to your xfinity account and take a screenshot of your browser showing a tv show or movie from ZZZ Go being streamed, with the slingsharing tab open, so I have confirmation

Me:  Just real jittery about these sorts of deals after bad experiences months ago, especially with PayPal since there's no way to retract the payment once it's been processed lol
