Dutch basic cable offered, looking for US slingbox

I have Dutch UPC digital basic cable to offer, around 50 TV channels, dedicated, SD quality, PVR capabilities, excellent fast fiber optic connection to the internet

Among the channels national broadcasters from Netherlands, Belgium, UK (BBC), Germany, English language channels with subtitles offered as well.

I am looking for US cable/OTA/satellite, any town will do. It would be nice to have HGTV and WGN but if not, that's fine too.
