Cant find a remote that works on my IPTV Cisco ISB 2201- HELP please

I have tried;   - the ISB 2000 NA series - the ISB 7000 - the Cisco 2000 - Also the Cisco Other with 3 or 4 codes, but nothing works, my IR cable is correctly connected, everything is working, except the remote... What should I do?
