European 28,5 East-Thor West (motor),8mb up looks 4 US-TV-swap

Hi.  I got a European sat-dish motorized. works  from british 28,5 East all the way down to Thor West, has got most channels open, an 8mb upload. the dish is reserved to the slingbox, i got my own.  I am looking for an exchanging sling box in the US with a steady minimum upload from 4 mb.
