Set up Slingbox 500 on an SD TV or via the web

I have a Slingbox 500 connected via HDMI to my Dish Network set top box and via red-white-yellow cables to the SD TV. I do not use that TV for anything but I want to have the slingbox stream the Dish Network in HD. How can I run set up either via the web
