Upgrading DirecTV settings

I just upgraded my DirecTV box, but can't figure out how to reset my SlingBox. I found this page (linked below), but it isn't accurate because when you go to 'watch.slingplayer.com' auto directs you to 'newwatch...' and therefore you can't follow the
