Peoria, IL locals over the air channels available for exchange

I have Peoria, IL over the air locals available for exchange. On current equipment, I can only offer 480p. Upload speeds are very good on fiber optics. I would like to exchange for locals in another US market. Exchanges only. No rentals. This includes Peoria NBC, CBS, ABC, PBS, MYtv and the side channels, .2 etc. Also includes Decatur, IL NBC and it's side channels.
