Definitive splitter/cable solution to connect an M1 to Sky Q or Sky Q Mini?

Hi, Does anybody have a definitive answer to the question of how to connect a Sky Q Box (or Sky Q Mini) to a Slingbox M1? I have seen reference elsewhere on this community to using various HDMI Splitters linked to either an HDMI to Composite
