Looking for a Dishnetwork subscriber in NY to host or share a Hopper 3 DVR for me. I am willing to pay the cost of the hardware plus a monthly Fee, or exchange for a Slingbox with a broad programming package from Mexico (Cablevision). A high upload speed internet connection is a must.
