Not all channels listed are included - the service is the Digital Preferred package with a certain three letter network. 

20mbit upload - Slingbox is connected via ethernet. I have the Extreme 105mbit download / 20mbit upload package from Comcast that is no longer offered in the Heartland region. The Slingbox is connected to a TiVo HD that has 2TB of capacity.
