    Hi, I'm interested in an American cable Tv service (I have a Slingcatcher in Greece, where I live). However, the services that satisfy my channel needs have low upload speeds, usually 4-5 Mbps. How much of an issue is that and how will it affect picture quality (especially in HD)?
