Just had the misfortune of trading with someone and then that person trading my Slingbox details with someone else, without my permission.

Also another person selling passwords to my box!

Beware!

If you have recently traded with someone whose English is very poor, and you live in Los Angeles or in Taiwan (and have just changed your password) - email me. This person has probably traded me your password - even though I've never met you!

Are you referring to Rogerse Myers, who's under the username "superboy" on IPTV Forums? Because he's been stealing other people's Slingboxes and ripping people off by getting people to pay for his services.

Here's the information i can give it to you :

In mid-april, a message from him has been posted on IPTVforums :

After speaking once, i discovered that he offered already "unauthorised" slingbox from a user i dealt with.

Then we've got this following email from the user "Nicedc" on 6th may

Hello, I can provide Japanese TV channels for you, I also want your American TV channels! Please contact me!!!! Thank you! My E-mail: -----------

As i have already doubts, i sent him email to know and what i discovered... he used the same email adress !

He uses n*@123.com, a w****16@gmail.com and a 1*(only numbers)@189.cn email adress.

UPDATE : he uses also a m*****i@tom.com adresses (from 11/05)

Since that, i got numerous email first, on my first email adress and then, on my second email adress.

He got his post deleted on 9th May and has been marked as Banned on 12th may by Admin.

This is a Beware for everybody :

NEVER SHARE OUT SOO QUICKLY BEFORE GET ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION YOU NEED.

I hope he gets put in jail. I hate ripoff artists!!!
