looking to swap Uk freeview with US Local

Hi guys i am looking to swap a Uk slingbox classic with a Usa slingbox with the simple local channels (fox etc). Here is the list of channels you would get - http://www.radioandtelly.co.uk/freeviewchannels.html the slingbox would be 100% dedicated and should be able to connected too at all times, I would require a similar service. My upload is 1meg but the slingplayer software buffers up to 710-750k

A list of channels i could get would also be nice
