Belgian Cable TV for USA/Canadian

Hello, i'm looking for Canadian channels (mostly for MuchMoreMusic (and others music channels) and sports ones) and USA ones (Cable prefered).

I have Belgian Cable TV to offer, any questions welcome !

EDIT : I have also some others channels i would like to see it.

- Turkish TV (42E is Better or Cable or 7E).

- SkyPerfect (Japan).

- 7W (if possible)

- CanalSat or FreeBox.
