I just bought the iPad version and I can't view my slingbox.

I get this message every time I click connect. "SlingPlayer Mobile for iPad is not compatible with your slingbox. Please visit www.slingbox.com to learn more about our upgrade program. I checked my slingbox Pro and it has the latest update 1.0.10.272 but
