Hi,

 

I have a Slingbox 350 connected to Verizon Fios with the Ultimate HD package along with the movie channels not included in the Ultimate package; and I'd like to share that with someone who will let me connect to their UK Slingbox so I can merely channel-surf and see what the water is like for UK TV. While I would love to have access to an HD unit, that is not necessary.

 

Since I don't have this unit dedicated and I like to watch TV before I go to bed; I'm hoping the time differences will prevent any major conflicts. Although if I begin to watch something late at night (after midnight EST) you're free to watch whatever I'm watching. You'll be able to watch live TV as well as whatever is on the DVR or included with my on-demand subscription (a purchase pin is set to prevent accidental or malicious ordering of content). If you find yourself wanting to watch a specific program, I can set a DVR timer so you can watch it whenever you're able. 

 

I live outside of DC, so the major "over the air" networks are coming directly from there. I also have a pretty speedy uplink of 35mbps, so you should be able to stream as much as your link can handle. I personally have streamed over the internet for hours without a hiccup, though I've never crossed an ocean with it. All I ask is that you respect it is my personal device and pretend I'm letting you in to my home to watch TV. I reserve the right to boot you off the Slingbox should I want to use it; and you don't try to change the channel back should I decide to sit in front of the TV. (I will not hesitate to revoke access/disconnect/block the IR emitters you try to start a remote war with me.
