Comcast Xfinity USA hosting exchange for Sky HD

I have Xfinity USA 180+ channels lots of HD  programing,  fast upstream with Slingbox 350 . looking for UK Sky HD exchange. 

no rentals only exchanges! looking to have Sky for the Formula 1 season. long term.
