French Slingbox host wanted

Looking for for a Slingbox host who can offer France TV in exchange for Canadian TV (Rogers) service  

TNT channels in HD are really all I need but anything else (like cable/adsl) or Satellite is a bonus. Should be an HD capable Slingbox with at least 3500kbps stable connection. 

Offering Rogers VIP package with a Slingbox HD pro or 350 with 20Mb upload speed on a dedicated HD receiver.

I don't have TNT but have some of those channels.  (All in HD and very good upload)
