Boston Cable, 6 meg upload!, dvr and PRO-HD looking for Ireland or U.K.

I have a Boston RCN cable box w/ pvr/dvr, with a PRO-HD box, and a quick upload speed - I have thier 60/6mbps package and 6megs is plenty for a HD picture..... even abroad...

I return I am looking for a good setup in Ireland or the U.K. for a long term swap arrangement.......
